Candidate accesses the platform

The candidate receives an invitation and accesses the secure assessment environment. The process is simple — only a web browser is needed.

The candidate completes PRES-D (personality profile), EI (emotional intelligence), BD (cognitive style), and SOI (interaction style). Total duration: approximately 45 minutes.

AI analyses the results

Our specialised AI uses RAG architecture and scientific literature to deeply analyse the results of each instrument and their interconnections.

Reports and insights

AI generates personalised reports for each instrument, 18 cross-instrumental insights, and a 7-day development plan. All in real time, with streaming delivery.

HR makes the decision

Redis-based cache stores generated reports (7 days), insights (3 days), and premium analyses (7 days). Repeated access is instant — zero latency.

RAG Architecture

Retrieval-Augmented Generation uses a Qdrant vector database with specialist literature on each instrument. The AI does not fabricate — it relies on scientific sources.

GDPR Compliance
