What exactly does unlocking give you?
The candidate profile across 21 dimensions, an AI report with strengths, risks and interview questions, and the candidate entering comparisons.
What if a candidate does not finish the assessment?
You pay nothing. An unlock is consumed when you decide to open a profile, not when a candidate starts or abandons a test.
Does one candidate consume several unlocks when applying for several positions?
No. One unlock covers one candidate, no matter how many positions they applied for.
What happens when the package expires?
Profiles you unlocked remain available to you after the package expires. Unused unlocks do not carry over.
Is there a subscription or a contract?
No. Packages are paid once. A quarter in which you are not hiring costs you nothing.
