Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the CCSS platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CCSS (Comprehensive Candidate Selection System) platform, including all related services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. General Terms
CCSS is a platform for psychological testing and AI analytics that enables organizations and individuals to conduct standardized psychological assessments and generate reports powered by artificial intelligence.
The Platform includes:
- Psychological assessment instruments (PRES-D, EI, BD, SOI)
- AI-generated reports and analyses
- Portal for managing candidates and results
- Administrative panel for HR professionals
- Candidate questionnaire interface
CCSS reserves the right to modify, supplement, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform or via email.
2. Registration and User Account
2.1 Account Creation
Access to the Platform requires creation of a user account. Authentication is performed through the Azure AD B2C system. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. CCSS is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Account Types
- Organizational accounts: Intended for companies and HR departments for managing assessment processes, accessing reports, and administering candidates.
- Candidate accounts: Intended for individuals who access assessments, typically at the invitation of an organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts
- Copy, distribute, or modify any Platform content without express permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Provide false information during registration or testing
- Share account credentials with third parties
- Attempt to manipulate assessment results
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform Ownership
All Platform content, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, psychological instruments, scoring algorithms, AI models, and methodology — constitutes the intellectual property of CCSS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 Psychological Instruments
The psychological tests (PRES-D, EI, BD, SOI), including questions, scales, norms, and scoring methodology, constitute protected intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, publication, or disclosure of test content to third parties is strictly prohibited.
4.3 AI-Generated Reports
Reports generated using artificial intelligence are the property of CCSS. Commissioning organizations are granted a non-exclusive license to use reports for internal business purposes, in accordance with the contract. Redistribution or commercial use of reports beyond the agreed scope is not permitted without written consent from CCSS.
4.4 User Data
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Platform, you grant CCSS a limited license to process your data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI Reports and Limitations
Important Notice:
AI-generated reports are informational in nature and do not constitute a substitute for professional psychological advice, diagnosis, or therapy.
By using AI reports, you understand and accept the following:
- Reports are generated using artificial intelligence algorithms based on the results of standardized psychological instruments.
- Reports provide insights and recommendations but do not constitute clinical assessment, diagnosis, or professional psychological advice.
- AI analysis has inherent limitations, and results should be interpreted in context, ideally in consultation with a qualified professional.
- CCSS does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated insights for specific hiring or development decisions.
- Decisions about employees and candidates should be made considering multiple sources of information, not solely based on CCSS reports.
6. Services and Payment
Access to the Platform and use of services are governed by a separate agreement between CCSS and the commissioning organization. Details regarding pricing, service packages, number of licenses, and payment terms are defined in individual contracts.
CCSS reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform in the event of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations, including non-payment of outstanding invoices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCSS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated reports for making decisions regarding employment, promotion, or termination
- Platform service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials
The total liability of CCSS on any basis shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the use of the Platform in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." CCSS makes no express or implied warranties regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
- The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated reports for every specific situation
- The suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose
- Compatibility with all devices and browsers
9. Termination
9.1 By the User
You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at info@ccss.pro. Account deletion is carried out in accordance with the retention periods defined in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By CCSS
CCSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Activities that compromise the security of the Platform or other users
- Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Account inactivity for more than 24 months
9.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Data is deleted in accordance with the data retention policy, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCSS, its directors, employees, and partners from all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms amicably. In the event that amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent possible in accordance with the parties' intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any individual contract with the commissioning organization, constitute the entire agreement between you and CCSS regarding use of the Platform.
