About the platform
Essential questions about CCSS
What is CCSS?
CCSS (Comprehensive Candidate Selection System) is a psychological assessment and AI analytics platform that helps organizations make better decisions about people. It uses 4 scientifically validated instruments and advanced artificial intelligence to generate deep, personalized reports on every candidate.
How long does the assessment take?
Each test takes 15-30 minutes, depending on the instrument and how quickly the candidate answers - all four usually take 1-2 hours, at their own pace. Results and AI reports are available immediately upon completion - no waiting for manual processing or interpretation.
Are the tests scientifically validated?
Yes. All instruments are grounded in decades of research in organizational psychology, standardized and validated on representative samples - checked for reliability and accuracy against the standards of psychometric practice. The instruments were developed by the team behind CCSS - meet the creators of the system on our About page.
Can candidates game their answers?
The instruments measure work preferences and style, not knowledge - there are no correct answers to learn, and no profile that is best for every position in advance. That is why the report is built to be verified in the interview: along with strengths and risks you get concrete interview questions. The test does not replace the interview, it arms it.
How does the AI generate reports?
Instead of a generic template, the AI writes a report tailored specifically to your profile - interpreting what your results mean in context and giving concrete recommendations. Every report is unique, not a form filled in with numbers.

Privacy and data protection
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use secure authentication, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and strict GDPR privacy protection standards. Your data is never used to train AI models - we use your results solely to generate your report, and nothing more.
Who has access to my results?
Only you and the organization through which the assessment was arranged (for example the HR team of the company you applied to) - sharing with the commissioning organization is described in our Privacy Policy. If you test on your own, only you see your results. Access is limited to authorized people, we never sell your data or pass it on for marketing purposes, and your rights to access, rectification and erasure apply at all times.

Pricing, implementation, and training
How much does CCSS cost?
Everything up to the insight is free: the HR panel, position profiling and candidate testing. You pay only to unlock a candidate profile - the 21-dimension profile, the AI report and comparisons. Starter: EUR 495 for 5 unlocks (EUR 99 per candidate, 3 active positions, valid 3 months). Professional: EUR 890 for 10 unlocks (EUR 89 per candidate, 6 active positions, valid 6 months). Extra active position: EUR 99. Enterprise: on request. For comparison: a manual psychological assessment by consultants costs EUR 100-300 per candidate and takes days.
Do I pay for every candidate who takes the tests?
No. Testing is free and there is no limit on how many candidates apply and test for one position. The package limits two things: how many profiles you can unlock (5 on Starter, 15 on Professional) and how many positions are active at the same time. You see the score and ranking for every tested candidate; you pay only for the profiles you decide to unlock. One unlock covers one candidate, no matter how many positions they apply for, and stays available to you even after the package expires.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a classic trial period - and you most likely do not need one. The HR panel is free, position profiling is free and unlimited, and candidates test for free. You see the score and ranking for every tested candidate before paying - you pay only when you decide to unlock the full profile. On top of that, we run the 30-minute demo on one of your real open positions, no obligation.
What does the implementation process look like?
There is no classic implementation. You define a position profile in 15-30 minutes, send candidates a testing link with no scheduling, and results and reports are available as soon as the tests are completed. Our team walks you through your first opening and how to read the reports, and the platform fits the selection process you already run. For larger organizations we also arrange team training and alignment with your HR processes.
Do you offer training for our team?
Yes. We train your team to use the panel and read the reports - scope and format tailored to your needs, in person or online. For teams, the author of the methodology runs workshops built around your real cases. We agree the details on the demo call.
For candidates
Questions for individuals
Can I use CCSS as an individual?
Yes. You can register for free and complete the tests. You receive AI reports for each instrument, cross-instrument insights about your profile, and a personalized 7-day development plan. You also have access to an AI chat that answers questions about your results.
What if I disagree with the results?
Results are statistical, not absolute - they describe tendencies, not fixed traits. The AI chat lets you ask questions and get a deeper explanation of any aspect of your profile. Different contexts (work, personal life, stressful situations) can also bring out different aspects of your profile - and the report takes this into account.
Does an AI decide about me?
No. CCSS does not decide whether you get hired - the platform provides analysis, a score and recommendations as decision support. The decision is made by the organization running the selection, and our Terms of Service explicitly require it to be made considering multiple sources of information, not the CCSS report alone.
