About the Platform
Essential Questions About CCSS
What is CCSS?
CCSS (Comprehensive Candidate Selection System) is a platform for psychological assessment and AI analytics that helps organisations make better decisions about people. It uses 4 scientifically validated instruments and advanced artificial intelligence to generate deep, personalised reports on every candidate.
How long does the assessment take?
The complete assessment (all 4 instruments) takes 15–20 minutes. Results and AI reports are available immediately upon completion — no waiting for manual processing or interpretation.
Are the assessments scientifically validated?
Yes. All instruments are based on decades of research in organisational psychology and validated on representative samples. PRES-D draws on the Big Five model, EI on emotional intelligence theory (Goleman, Bar-On), BD on the Herrmann Brain Dominance model, and SOI on the DISC methodology.
How does the AI generate reports?
Our AI uses a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture — it retrieves relevant scientific literature for your specific results and generates a personalised report. Each report is unique and based on your concrete profile, not a generic template filled in with numbers.

Privacy and Data Protection
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Azure AD B2C authentication, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and apply strict GDPR privacy standards. Your data is never used to train AI models — we use your results exclusively to generate your report, and nothing more.
Who has access to my results?
Only you and those you explicitly grant access to (e.g., your organisation's HR team, if the assessment was arranged through your company). Every access is recorded in an audit log. You always have full control over who sees your data.

How much does CCSS cost?

Do you offer a free trial?

What does the implementation process look like?
A typical implementation takes 2–4 weeks and includes: platform setup and configuration for your organisation, training your team to use the system and interpret reports, and adapting to your existing HR processes. Our team supports you through every step.
Do you offer training for our team?
Yes. We offer certified programmes ranging from half a day to 3 days, tailored to your needs. From CCSS Fundamentals (a one-day introduction) to Advanced Practitioner (a three-day certification). Training is available on-site, online, and as open group sessions.

Can I use CCSS as an individual?
Yes. You can register for free and complete the assessments. You'll receive AI reports for each instrument, 18 cross-instrumental insights about your profile, and a personalised 7-day development plan. You also get access to an AI chat that answers questions about your results.
What if I disagree with the results?
Results are statistical, not absolute — they describe tendencies, not fixed traits. The AI chat allows you to ask questions and receive deeper explanations of any aspect of your profile. Different contexts (work, personal life, stressful situations) can bring out different aspects of your profile — the report takes this into account.
