What is CCSS?
CCSS (Comprehensive Candidate Selection System) is a psychological assessment and AI analytics platform that helps organizations make better decisions about people. It uses 4 scientifically validated instruments and advanced artificial intelligence to generate deep, personalized reports on every candidate.
How long does the assessment take?
Each test takes 15-30 minutes, depending on the instrument and how quickly the candidate answers - all four usually take 1-2 hours, at their own pace. Results and AI reports are available immediately upon completion - no waiting for manual processing or interpretation.
Are the tests scientifically validated?
Yes. All instruments are grounded in decades of research in organizational psychology, standardized and validated on representative samples - checked for reliability and accuracy against the standards of psychometric practice.
How does the AI generate reports?
Instead of a generic template, the AI writes a report tailored specifically to your profile - interpreting what your results mean in context and giving concrete recommendations. Every report is unique, not a form filled in with numbers.

Privacy and data protection
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use secure authentication, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and strict GDPR privacy protection standards. Your data is never used to train AI models - we use your results solely to generate your report, and nothing more.
Who has access to my results?
Only you and the people you explicitly grant access to (e.g., your organization's HR team, if the assessment was arranged through the company). Every access to your data is logged. You always have full control over who sees your data.

How much does CCSS cost?
Starter package: EUR 299 for 5 candidate profiles (~EUR 60 per candidate). Professional: EUR 599 for 15 profiles (~EUR 40 per candidate). For larger organizations we offer tailored Enterprise packages. For comparison: a manual psychological assessment by consultants costs EUR 100-300 per candidate and takes days.
Do you offer a free trial?

What does the implementation process look like?
A typical implementation takes 2-4 weeks and includes: platform setup and configuration for your organization, training your team to use the system and interpret reports, and adapting to your existing HR processes. Our team supports you through every step.
Do you offer training for our team?
Yes. We offer certified programs ranging from half a day to 3 days, tailored to your needs. From CCSS Fundamentals (a one-day introduction) to Advanced Practitioner (a three-day certification). Training is available in-house, online, and as open group sessions.

Can I use CCSS as an individual?
Yes. You can register for free and complete the tests. You receive AI reports for each instrument, cross-instrument insights about your profile, and a personalized 7-day development plan. You also have access to an AI chat that answers questions about your results.
What if I disagree with the results?
Results are statistical, not absolute - they describe tendencies, not fixed traits. The AI chat lets you ask questions and get a deeper explanation of any aspect of your profile. Different contexts (work, personal life, stressful situations) can also bring out different aspects of your profile - and the report takes this into account.
