CCSS uses specialised artificial intelligence for interpreting psychological profiles — not generic AI, but a system trained on specialist literature in organisational psychology. It understands the nuances of each instrument and generates insights with practical value.

How AI Generates Reports

A transparent process in 5 steps — from raw results to personalised insight

1. Candidate completes the assessments

The system collects responses from all 4 instruments and calculates scales and dimensions. Results are stored in a secure database and sent to the AI service for analysis.

2. AI finds relevant context (RAG)

Retrieval-Augmented Generation searches the vector database with specialist literature on each instrument. The AI receives scientific context specific to the candidate's profile — it does not rely on general knowledge.

3. Generates a personalised report

Based on the results and scientific context, the AI composes a detailed report: interpretation of each dimension, strengths and risks, development recommendations, position compatibility.

4. Real-time streaming delivery

The report is delivered via Server-Sent Events as it is generated. The candidate or HR sees the text appearing sentence by sentence — no waiting for the complete document.

5. Caching for instant access

The generated report is stored in a Redis cache (7 days for reports, 3 days for insights). Every subsequent access is instant — zero latency, zero regeneration.

A specialised report for recruiters: candidate assessment for a specific position, performance prediction, risk identification, and onboarding recommendations.

7-day development plan

A personalised personal development programme based on the candidate's profile. Concrete, actionable — with daily goals, exercises, and resources for each day of the week.
